Flexible Hot Desks
Drop in 2-3 days a week in the shared workspace zone. Great for remote workers, out-of-towners, and anyone who wants a social base without a full-time commitment.
Dedicated Desks
Your own setup, full time. Ideal for individuals or teams of up to eight wanting a long-term collaborative workspace. Includes meeting rooms, secure storage, printing, and 24/7 access.
Private Offices
Fully enclosed offices from 36-70 sqm for teams of up to 14. Full control of your space with access to all Hiko Hub amenities and the wider community. Currently at capacity — register your interest for upcoming availability.
Meeting Rooms
Six meeting rooms plus a boardroom, available for members and one-off bookings. Each includes fast Wi-Fi, a large display, whiteboard, and comfortable seating. Easy online booking.

Flexible Hot desk plans and dedicated desks have a minimum term of three months. Private offices are a minimum of 12 months. Meeting rooms are available hourly or half-day with no ongoing commitment.
We do have a bookable day park that you can book online. There is also parking available in our large University parking spaces off Knighton Road and Silverdale road.
There is visitor parking for your clients that can be booked online.
